Revolutionizing technical lubricants
Transforming the global lubricants industry
With our technology, we produce lubricants with exceptional anti-wear properties, while being free from harmful sulphated ash, phosphorus, and sulphur (no-SAPS) – driving transformation in the conservative global lubricants industry which has existed, largely unchanged, for over a century.
Developing technologies for a sustainable future
In today’s world, it’s increasingly important for humans, machines, and nature to be resourceful. We all strive to achieve our own goals, and want to feel confident along the way. But we must also learn how to do this while preserving the precious resources given to us by nature.
At NEOL, we deeply understand the value of these reserves, which is why we create technologies that extend the lifespan of equipment and help protect both natural and human resources.
Our mission
Our mission is to develop innovative technologies that not only preserve our resources, but also safeguard our natural environment. We aim to foster a higher quality of human life, in harmony with the natural world.
Our values
At NEOL we have a clear vision: to drive positive change in the global lubricants industry with new technology that preserves both human and natural resources.
Our mission is one we embrace wholeheartedly, and our values are the principles that help guide us on this journey:
Sustainability
Our number one priority is to develop solutions that are not only innovative, but sustainable as well. We are committed to developing copper filming technologies that minimise machine wear, thereby extending their lifecycle and reducing waste. Our lubricant technology also avoids the generation of toxic by-products, contributing to a cleaner, healthier environment.
We seek to make a difference and ensure future generations can continue to thrive in a eco-friendly world.
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
ESG principles are integral to our business approach. We recognise that our responsibility extends beyond technological advancements.
Therefore, we strive to minimise our environmental footprint, foster a positive social impact and uphold the highest standards of governance and ethics.
Safety
Our commitment to safety permeates through everything we do and influences every decision we make. We use organic copper salts, instead of relying on toxic phosphorus and sulphur compounds, allowing NEOL oils to be safely recycled and (in some cases) be fully biodegradable.
Our safety-first approach isn’t just to protect us or our clients, but helps to safeguard the world for future generations.
People
People are at the heart of our endeavours.
They drive our innovations, embody our passion for protecting the world’s resources, and bring our vision to life. We are committed to fostering a culture that respects every individual, celebrates our collective achievements, and ensures everyone has the opportunity to contribute, grow and thrive.
